Exchange is possible within 07 days from the date of delivery. We do not have return or refund policy for any item. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases, in-case of prepayments where the items are Sold-out or appears to be defected. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase. Please allow two weeks for the processing of refunds. There is no refund for shipping and handling charges.

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. You will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped (except for orders, including pre-orders, paid for with a Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank Card are charged at the time you place your order, not when your order is shipped.

Delivery Time

Expected delivery timings within Pakistan is 3-5 working days and international shipping takes 6-8 days after the placement of order.

Exchange or return request is made outside the specified time frame (after 7 days).

Product is damaged because of use.

Product has been tampered.

Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies or accessories.
